On Friday, March 9th, the Heart & Crown ByWard Market will be hosting its annual Irish Canadian Luncheon to kick off Saint-Patrick’s Week and celebrate the strong and longstanding relationship between the Irish and Canadians while raising funds for charities.
This year, all funds raised will be distributed between two important charities; the Bruyère Foundation here in Ottawa and the Tara Centre in Omagh, Ireland. This fun-filled networking luncheon includes live Irish music, delectable culinary creations, complimentary wine, beer and cocktails, auction, and incredible raffle prizes. This year’s event begins at 12 pm, giving everybody a chance to join us over their lunch hour. Your generous donation goes a long way; Over the past few years, the Irish-Canadian St. Patrick’s Week Luncheon has raised tens of thousands of dollars for worthy causes in Ottawa and in Ireland.
